The World of Microcosm (Series of Necropolis)《微觀世界》

In Japanese zen garden, raked pebbles mimic the sea and represent flowing water. Besides, the garden is reminiscent of ancient cemetery. Through the zen garden staged at this exhibition, Cheuk re-creates her experience visiting cemeteries around the world, imagining the activities of the microorganisms in the burial grounds.

日本的枯山水以碎石為海，象徵水流；它們的外觀，跟古代的墓地如出一轍。卓穎嵐拜訪過世界各地的墓地，作品以枯山水去重現她的經歷，以聲音去想像墓地中微生物的動態。
