Retune Series － Homage to Jean Tinguely (2016 -)

Jean Tinguely made his work – Radio WNYR Nr.15 in 1962.
He is a leading figure in the Nouveau Realisme group, started working on a series of works involving assemblages where functioning raw materials of disassembled radios.

In this work, I am trying to approach in the same way. disassembled a radio and using a motor continually turns the frequency dial, then constantly switching channels. Differently, I also disassemble an arduino Uno shield – (combination of programmable chips – atmega328p-pu, 16mHz crystal, 2pcs 22pf ceramic capacitors) and the stepper motor shield to make them more minimal.
